Now, I normally don’t blog about sneakers for you normally see them in my outfit posts. But c’mon, I had to do it one time for the culture, especially when it comes to the classics. The Jordan 1 continues to be a staple sneaker in the sneaker world due to its legendary association with Michael Jordan during his years as a Chicago Bull. As of early this month, the Jordan Brand blessed sneaker lovers with the newly advanced Air Jordan Flyknit 1 in the “Bred” colorway. The flyknit material is lightweight and the tongue has leather tongue tags with the 1985 logo on the inner lining. The inside of the sneaker has the number “19852017,” printed to pay homage to the release of the original Air Jordan 1 as well as the release of the Air Jordan 1 Retro Flyknit. The wing logo gets an all red treatment in leather to the newly constructed Jordan. You think I’m lying when I say that I walked around my house for a half hour cause these kicks were so gotdamn comfy. The sneakers were priced at $240 which definitely beats having to pay $800+ online at Flight Club for the original 1985’s. If you took an L on the Bred’s, not to worry for the Air Jordan 1 Retro Flyknit Royal Blue’s are dropping tomorrow on Nike. Don’t sleep!
