I swear this post in particular has got my excitement at an all-time high. Last year in February, I started a segment called the Fashionable Friend Feature where I interview friends of mine who have a creative passion. The purpose of this segment was to give these friends a platform to discuss their creative grind whether it’s music, blogging, fashion, photography, etc. Initially I would interview them following a few candids on the Canon, but this time, I went in a different direction thanks to a local video production company called Storm Force Studio. One of the many goals for this blog was to get into more videography in terms of my posts. Little did I know that that goal would become a reality for I found myself sitting next to Mosiac, a local artist and producer with a passion to spread his sound worldwide with his guitar in hand, not that he hasn’t been around the world before. Upon hearing his track Street Child, inspired by the youth he works alongside with, I instantly got a Bob Marley vibe for his both artists voices give voice to day-to-day struggles that the youth face in past and present times. Upon chatting with him, I got to see the man behind the guitar, a man with a beautiful spirit and as humble as they come, no ego for he lets his music speak for itself.
With a guitar in hand, Mosaic discusses musical influences, where he wants his sound to take him, what he’s gained from touring for five years and how he styles his life plus blessing viewers with a short snippet of one of his many well written songs. Leave a comment below and be sure to check out Mosaic on the following platforms below. Big thanks to Mosiac and Storm Force Studio for providing the footage as well as the vibes =) Be sure to check out Mosiac’s tracks in the links below, don’t sleep!
