Well not really. Trust me, I still can’t get over the fact that Saint Laurent broke up with Yves in 2012, but I’ve learned to embrace the change. I came across a shirt lying in my drawer that read “Aint No Saint When Yves Gone” and thought it wouldn’t hurt to poke fun at a decision made three years ago. I kept Yves (or Saint Laurent in this case) simple with black denim and a leather jacket for that extra touch of edginess. If you do not have a leather jacket hanging in your wardrobe, I am going to point you to the direction of a local retail store and judge you as you make your way there (c’mon son). The sneaker game was kept cool with a pair of Jordan Aqua 1 Mids that have been in my possession for the past three and a half years. These babies never fail to amaze me with their versatility for it actually makes me emotional just talking about it. You may of have read my previous post about a meet that I attended last Sunday by the name of Urban YEG. It’s a photography-based blog aimed to bring young minds together to help showcase their creativity through a series of photos (click here for a quick reminder). During the meet, a few friends and I took a detour and came across a blue wall with a pink door and immediately we yelled “photo op” (shocking, I know). After a few snaps, we finally caught up with the rest of the group who just so happened to be taking photos in front of a giant graffiti wall that went on for half a mile. This is the part where I say YAAAAASSSSSS out loud!
