Personal Style

After living vicariously though endless online articles and video footage from New York Fashion Week, it was time to fashionably prepare myself for Western Canada Fashion Week here in Edmonton. Thank God I didn’t go alone this time for I got to enjoy the company of a few blogger friends. You may have read about them in previous posts but it’s so nice to be around a group of individuals who share the same interests as you and are so creative with their blogs. Remember Ana Vicioso, Ashley CotΓͺ, Megan McKenna, Samantha Bawan and her adorable sister Bianca? Don’t act like yall didn’t remember. Anyways, the six of us got all glammed up and ready for Fashion Week. We all sat front row cause you know, we are bloggers after all. Prior to the event, we spent a good forty five minutes outside the venue taking outfit pics. Bianka was kind enough to take some photos of ya girl on a set of railroad tracks and in front of a large barn. I was not okay with summer being over so I brought out a fuschia pink envelope clutch as a statement piece and toned it down with a light colour scheme. What do you guys think? Is this outfit worthy for fashion week?
