Personal Style

Bohemian Rhapsody

Hello my lovely readers! Its been a while since my last post, hopefully you didn’t miss me too much. This past Monday, I got together with my friend Samantha for a photo shoot. Samantha is a very ambitious photographer and had another theme lined up for me. The theme for this shoot was “Bohemian Chic.”  We took some shots in a large field that overlooked mountainous cliffs and even had a field full of flowers. It was Bohemian Rhapsody-meets- Lana Del Rey (two greatest songs of life!).  For this particular outfit, I wanted to put emphasis on the feathered headband. The coolest part about the headband was that you can wear it in variety of ways. Keep in mind that in order to pull off this look, you must part your hair in the middle so its even on both sides. The skirt was also my favourite due to the floral pattern and it has so much movement along with the white crop top. I found the skirt during a visit to New York at the Betsey Johnson store and the crop top at Loft 82, now Shop Noul.  The accessories created an even more unconventional look. It’s not bohemian without accessories people!  STAY GROOVY!

Outfit Deets:

Top: Shop Noul | Skirt: Betsey Johnson | Headband: Claire’s | Necklace: Dynamite | Feathered Earring: H&M | Watch: Marc Jacobs | Bracelets: Suzy Shier
