Product Post: Carbon Season

It is a lovely sunny day here in Edmonton and what better way to embrace it by going outside and enjoying what the sun has to offer.

My father and I decided to go visit my Auntie Allison’s (his sister) shop at the new downtown location. For those of you who may not know, my Aunt owns an environmental boutique called Carbon located just off 124th street. Little did I know that this was also the same day as the Block Party on High Street. This is where Edmontonians gather to indulge in cotton candy while walking around the local shops listening to top 40’s music. But back to my Aunt’s shop. She sells products such as makeup, perfume, paint, and home decor all to support a healthy and organic lifestyle. Meaning that there are no chemicals in these products all to promote a non-toxic environment (wish it came in human form).  After the grand tour of the store, my Aunt presented me with a brown paper bag filled with goodies. I took a peek and found all kinds of samples including face creams, shampoos, and even a gift card. Have a look below. While you’re at it, check out Carbon’s website posted below and follow them on twitter.
